Two projects in portfolio: ADVISOR SE and APE ( combined budget 30M EUR). ADVISOR- Web based solution for Bank Advisors- New system to redesign the process in selling standard core banking products (Credit, Loans, Mortages, BLANCO) APE- onboarding for new customers (business solution to gather as many customers from the market as possible) - solution based on web template for customers applying for a loan or credit. Pilot release for Norwegian market, second phase included Denmark and Faeroe Islands.

1st Project:- Maintenance Project related to Remote Access Solution in Nokia and Alcatel- Plan for implementation one leading network maintenance tool for both companies- Managing teams in 6 different countries in 3 time zones- Planning and supervision over verification of 100 different Network Elements (Base Stations, Servers, Access Points etc.) and over 30 clients -2nd Project- Introduction of SAP Ariba (OTS) into Nokia organisation- Planning budget and resources for international roll-out

- Managing test teams in migration projects (merge of BGZ and Paribas banks) - Responsible for Domains: e-banking, Finance, Call Center, CRM, Cash and Payments Management - Develop UAT Plan, test strategy, project scope, test approach - Planning tests for business departments (Dress rehearsals, sign off) - Leading workshop meetings to evaluate workload in each domain

- Managing Global project Teams: Europe, Asia, United States - Manage projects for International Clients from Incorporate sector (ex.
