• CRM ( Siebel 7.8 / 8.1) application testing - Creating testing scripts. • Responsible for reviewing and updating test cases. • Performing system, functional and integrated tests in the CRM environment. • Announcing and monitoring of test errors, reporting the progress of work. • Supporting User Acceptance Testing.

• Coordination of new functional CRM versions implementation. • Negotiating aspects of implementation changes with a business partner, cooperation with suppliers. • Managing tests environments of the integrated PeopleSoft system. • Preparation and implementation of integrated Link on Testing Environment of CRM

 CRM application testing - Creating testing scripts on the basis of technical documentation  Executing different kind of tests such as integration, functional, regression test, smoke test, link test, support UAT  Managing group of people within test products or new functions.  Announcing and monitoring of system errors, reporting the progress of work

• Preparing reports concerning incompatibility of data in the CRM environment, • Co-ordination of jobs connected with the improvement of data quality, • Ongoing troubleshooting connected with customers' system.

• System configuration according to customer’s demands • Prospective users training • Customer support in the after- implementation period • Creating system serving instruction
