Assigned as ALTRON Data Center Engineer that manages technicians on doing preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance work to all facility equipment.This includes Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and BMS/EMS system. Reviewing all the RAMS(Risk Assessment and Method of Statement)from the contractors who have request work activity at the premises. Preparing company standard switching schedule for all operational equipment. Provides PTW(Permit to Work)to all group of workers that deals with the MEP system inside and outside of the building. Make assurance that all redundancy for Electrical and Mechanical systems are in all 100% capacity. Perform a test run on the generator set and troubleshoot some minor faults and programs.Ensure that the SLA(Service Level Agreement) between customers and the company will be maintained up to 99.9999% as possible.
