Methodology for model based design of a motor controller. Designing Test cases for positioning controller in LabVIEW tool for durability test in top column modules. Assessing the mechanical test bench portability to use the controller for varied durability testing in climatic chamber. Tools Used: LabVIEW & Statechart module.

Writing test cases for voltage dip test bench as specified in DOORS specification, to determine the failing cases in ECU on low voltage with predefined functionalities for Daimler, BMW and VW. Used Vector Canoe to trace CAN and Flexray signals.
