Project Manager/Transition Manager responsible for implementing transition process in German stores. I am responsible for project of implementing transition processes within 11 German stores in East and West of Germany. Coaching, guiding and being responsible for 14 on site managers. Delivering transition processes to about 180 managers and 2415 members of staff within 11 branches, including 3 flagship branches and head office in Germany.

Supporting store manager in managing the store with over 500 employees and 70 managers and supervisors by daily stock control, people management and operational daily activities within the store. Responsible for organising stocktakes in store, making sure smooth stock flow in store - responsible for logistics within the store. Partially responsible for store budgets, costs, operational audits.
