Responsibilities: - New product development and existing product optimization and enhancement based on the customer's requirements, circular economy & efficiency of transportation. - Performing FEM simulations and Evaluating processing simulation. - Selection of the production process according to the part design, project timeline & cost. - Creating products which can be produced with one one mold only with changeable inserts. - Prototype production and its testing. - Coordination with the mold maker.

- Design and development of screw-domes and ribs for thermoplastic foam injection molding (TSG). - Studying the mechanical strength behavior and quality of the parts to be produced by TSG. - Various tests on the parts produced by compact injection molding and TSG. - Determination of changes in properties of foamed parts in comparison to compact parts. - Proposing design changes according to the derived test-results and implementing it in the CAD-model in NX.

Plastic part Processing Simulation (mainly injection molding process), Shrinkage and warpage simulation. Suggestions for Product design improvement according to Simulation results. Simulation of Plastic Housing Parts and Internal parts used in Power-tools; and Fasteners used in Construction. Mechanical tests like Tensile test, Creep test, Density measurement test and Drop test. Support in 'Research & Development' projects.

Working on Product concept-design and support in Mold construction. Main work was concept creation and 3D modelling in SolidWorks software, Processing Simulation of the created model and coordination with the Mold-maker.

Responsibilities: - Designing Solar power plants according to the customers need, area provided and giving the best solutions. - Dealing with vendors, suppliers and business partners. -Continuous follow-up of the projects. - Tools used: ERP

Polymer processing technologies & simulation, Lightweight technologies, Composite materials, Product design and mold making, FRP and DOE. Projects 1) Process parameter optimization of GIT, EBM and Thermoforming. 2) Injection molding simulation for 8 cavity mold in Moldflow.
