Managed fire protection projects by positively representing the company, serving as coordinating point on projects as assigned with a high degree of responsiveness to requests for contract preparation, budget updates, daily inspection reports, project logs, closeout documentation, document tracking, change order requests, etc. Coordinated with contractors, owners and customers to provide field coordination. Provided accurate, complete and code compliant CAD design drawings and project specifications for fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and special hazards systems. Implemented and interpreted National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 101, Life Safety Code, NFPA Standard 13, Installation of Sprinkler Systems, NFPA 72, National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code, International Building Code (IBC), and other facility-related NFPA documents.

Analyzed and collected data from laboratory experiments and lectures to further investigate how collaborations between university STEM faculty and students could lead to more of them becoming science, technology, engineering and mathematic professionals. Employed co-generative dialogues based on reconciled information from direct interaction by professors and students.

Ensured real-time performance, related to calls, customer handling time and staffing was analyzed on an hourly basis throughout the day and provided recommendations based on the latter to achieve departmental goals. Conducted hourly reports in Microsoft Excel as well as graphs and daily forecasts in order to review and compare the prior day’s performance while focusing on issues having an impact on service level and abandon rates.
