This internship project consisted in the development of a prototype which automated the process of identification, location and insertion of sealing plugs in an Aircraft Wiring Connector (Avionics). This is a process that was done by an operator inside a production line and the goal was to solve this using controllers.

I had the opportunity to work as an intern at Honeywell Turbos for a whole summer. I worked in the Prototype’s department as a CNC programmer and tooling designer.
