Über mich

I graduated from Ege University, Department of Food Engineering in 2019 in Izmir. After completing my undergraduate thesis, I started my graduate education (Food Chemistry Department). I was in the role of researcher in the project financed by TÜBİTAK. I have 2 years of different laboratory experience. (Food Chemistry and Instrumental Food Analysis Laboratory). I have knowledge about analysis devices (Kjendahl Protein Detection Device, Hunter Lab Colorflex Device, Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC), Spectrofluorometer, Spectrophotometer, Ultrasonic Homogenizer) and different analysis systems (Gas Chromatography, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS), Gallery Plus). I had TÜRKAK 17025 Laboratory Accreditation experience.
