    Designed and optimized a Tundish structure using Computational flow analysis (Modelling of flow phenomena and temperature distribution in a Tundish of a continuous casting process). Modelling and simulation of steel coils to resolve transient temperature profile under pre-mixed cracked ammonia combustion in a Bell annealing furnace using ANN. Modelling using Smooth particle hydrodynamics method for refractory wear, inclusion separation and flotation inside a Ladle refining furnace (LRF) using STAR CCM+.

    Modelling and analysis of POWER TRAC and FARMTRAC components (Brake rotors, IC piston-cylinder assembly and Transmission gear) for better Structural and vibrational strength using Transient thermal and structural analysis for analysis along with vibroacoustic modelling and Leakage flow analysis with help of CREO, UG NX 10.0, ANSYS Fluent and CFX. Data and life cycle analysis for premature failure of the assembly line for better prediction of failure and fatigue with help of JUPYTER.

    Simulated atomistic material behavior, to identify the influence of impurities and slip directions during forging. Experimental investigation of the material’s microstructure to identify defects, phase and grain composition of forged steel obtained after various heat treatment processes like quenching, annealing and normalizing. Proposed & Implemented a Multidisciplinary Optimized Iterative approach. Scale-bridging of the microscopic response to identifying macroscopic behaviour using OOF 3D.
