Read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic maps Check hydraulic and pneumatic circuits by using Festo FluidSim software Professional in the field, of recognizing the building, performance and application of more hydraulic valves. Reverse engineering and 3D modeling of the power plant, oil and gas parts by using professional software and technologies such as CATIA, Solidworks, and Digital Camera (3D Cloud Point)

Major Responsibilities: Design, modeling, and manufacturing of jigs, fixtures, and tools for axial auto parts operation and control processes such as pins, gear shift bars and other axial parts for Pride, Peugeot 405 and 206. 3D modeling all parts which manufactured in the company by using Solidworks software and producing a drawing with all necessary geometric and dimensional tolerances. Design and manufacturing of C.V joint assembly fixtures and test machines

Major Responsibilities: Programming and operating C.N.C milling machine (MP4 and VMC1000) and machining complex molds and parts with CAD/CAM methods (using Mastercam software) in the Production Department Design and manufacturing control gage and fixture for auto parts such as car safety belt tab in the Engineering Department (using SolidWorks software)
