➢ 5.5 Years of experience in the Design and Development of Composite and Metallic aircraft structures. ➢ Develop robust designs for a new or existing product that can be produced economically and according to established project timelines. ➢ Support 2D and 3D CAD from concept layout design, tooling design, component modeling, assembly, design for manufacturing, development of drawings, materials, and fasteners selection, Bill of Materials (BOM), DMU analysis, and optimization Support Engineering Design Documentation. ➢ Development of repair schemes for repair technology. ➢ Revise and alter detailed layout drawings to conform to engineering changes. ➢ Preparation of detailed weight & cost estimation for structural parts. ➢ Involve in Monolithic and Sandwich Composites fabrication, layup, curing, Carbon fiber, Glass Fibre, Adhesive & Sealants used, repair scheme selection, and NDTs. ➢ Software Used: CATIA V5, UG NX CAD, Enovia, Team Centre,, CPD, CD3, Airbus tools
