• Handling all personnel administration processes from onboarding to offboarding, including preparatory payroll accounting and the administration of company pension schemes • Preparation of social security and employment law documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, maintenance of the electronic time management system • Ongoing maintenance of personnel files and data along the entire employee life cycle and processing of corresponding correspondence

• Processing data and requests in ATS Personio: the creation of employee profiles and time tracking etc. • On- & Offboarding management • Preparation of interim- and job references • Support with payroll for working students • Preparation of A1 certificates for work abroad

• Support in drawing up contracts and job references • Checking and updating employees' time records in the system • Contact person in the HR department regarding absence, illnesses, and annual leaves • Creation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets • Supporting in managing personnel files

• Support the webshop • Main contact person for questions, complaints, and returns • Coordination with service providers and suppliers • Preparation of accounting, invoicing, and follow-up
