Reporting directly to the Group's Chief HR Officer, Malika was responsible for creating leadership transformation programs to enable and deploy corporate values such as Diversity & Inclusion. She also built a framework for the training of technical and marketing groups world wide, across all three business divisions and all seven geographic regions. Topics addressed include organizational development, cultural transformation, Diversity & Inclusion, and a winning culture.

Malika was responsible for all Learning and Development of supply chain staff as well as corporate leadership to enable staff to embrace the opportunities that come with change.
