In this current role, I shape and activate exceptional business architecture and solutions in line with ambitious technology performance targets, partnering across business divisions to foster collaboration and cooperation. Engaging with the leadership team to define and establish long-term technology vision, I lead the building of strategic frameworks for project expansion and roadmap in line with corporate values, standards, and objectives.

I empower students and young professionals to upskill their knowledge and abilities within the digital industry. Assist in the planning of hackathons. -Created partnerships with global universities to provide a jump start into the digital workforce for young graduates through mentorship and hands-on experience.

In this role, I develop future market strategies / roadmaps for an innovative product. I partner with senior leadership, business stakeholders and the UX / UI team to drive product vision, increase value via new features and ensure a superior user experience. I explore industry trends and direction and work closely with clients to gather user and product feedback—and discuss future options as a B2B solution. -Delivered key product. -Provided direct contributions to Singapore licensing process.

I was promoted to provide pre-sales and business development leadership for this platform-based, SaaS, 100%-customizable data analytics product. I travelled extensively and engaged with senior client leadership in Singapore, Dubai, Indonesia and the US to discuss product features, value proposition and customization options. I directed the proposal process, digital strategy and negotiations.

I led development of a dashboard supporting a key strategic product for all COO-related banking functions and non-banking functions for a global banking client. I worked closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to define requirements and designed the solution.

In this role, I headed APAC BI solution development and digital transformation, directing Hong Kong team in innovation efforts. I also elevated business forecasting and performance data visualization accuracy, implementing new approaches and tools to automate forecast processes in six countries and enable data integration from multiple systems.

While with Concentrix, I served as the Asia representative within the international development team, fostering alignment across global executives, stakeholders, and super-users for optimal outcomes. In this role, I delivered comprehensive APAC business reporting digital transformation, activating a 99% reporting accuracy rate, a 95%+ business metrics quality rate, and streamlined 200+ regional KPIs into 20+ global KPIs.

In this early role, I led a team of eight onsite engineers in priority projects. My primary responsibility was to captain the turnaround of a major project with a past 1-year delay, delivering $500K+ in cost savings through strategic project execution and global transformation.
